A class act, Leroy Rey plays House, Hip Hop, Disco, Funk, Soul, Jazz and everything in-between. Born in 1974, he started out DJ-ing in 1992 and soon played all major venues & festivals in The Netherlands such as North Sea Jazz, Jimmy Woo, Paradiso, Lowlands as well as worldwide: WMC Miami (USA), Cielo (NYC), Hu’u Bar (Bali), Djoon (Paris), Opium (Spa) and much more.

He made albums with hip hop crew The Proov and Wicked Jazz Connection, had a nr.1 hit on Traxsource with Risksoundsystem (“The Sound Is Yours”, also a top 20 hit in Belgium) and
supported the likes of Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Dennis Ferrer, James Brown, De La Soul, Black Coffee, Erykah Badu, The Roots, Gilles Peterson, Osunlade and The Reflex among many others.
Now part label owner of Wicked Wax Records, Leroy is busy producing several projects, in the meantime having a full DJ schedule and is highly appreciated on dancefloors everywhere.
